There are so many franchise opportunities available I am not going to go into them here. What I am going to do is talk in general about the benefits and downside of franchising. The main benefit is that you are (usually) following a proven business system. This takes away a lot of the risks associated with starting your own business. This is a big plus. The main downside is the cost. The other downside is that many franchises involve work which is not necessarily very exciting. I for one do not want to demonstrate how to clean ovens for a living! The cost of a franchise usually starts at several thousand and goes up through the tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, depending on the franchise business. I suggest you read the MLM section on this site if you like the idea (but not the cost) of franchising. MLM is often called 'the people's franchise' as it is so affordable, but is still a proven successful business system.

Benefits. You can make a very large income with this type of home work business opportunity. In fact the income is limitless (as long as the MLM company has a good pay plan).You are following a proven business formula so you will be successful as long as you stick at it.It's very flexible. You don't need huge amounts of time (I built my business around a very full-time job initially). Once you have reached a good income level you can find you are earning a high income on a very part-time basis. This gives you a lot of freedom and choices.It's very sociable. You meet lots of like-minded people on the whole.It's rewarding both emotionally and financially. Downside. It's not get rich quick, it's a business that you have to really work at. If you don't choose a solid MLM company they could go bust on you and you would lose everything.You need to be self-motivated and have a positive attitude. In my experience the best home work business opportunity (offline)is MLM, but it isn't for everyone.
