How To Make Money Marketing Online

You can make money marketing online far more easily and cost-effectively than off line. I'm going to tell you some of the advantages to this way of making money and then show you how to get started.

The entire world is your market thanks to the internet. So, no traveling. Your time is therefore freed up and if you have kids or other commitments you can work around them.

Another big advantage if you make money marketing online is that you can sell pretty much anything. Actual physical products of any kind or information products. It doesn't have to be your own product you market. You don't even have to ever see the products you market!

How come? Well, you can get involved with Affiliate Marketing which is the internet term for anyone who markets other people's products and gets paid a commission for doing so. More on this shortly.

You can make money marketing online with products of your own - if you are a crafts person, or if you write ebooks, or actual books, or if you have a service to offer - the internet will enable you to earn far more than if you go down the traditional marketing routes.

In my opinion the best product to make money marketing online is information. In other words e-books. E-books can be delivered free and instantly to the buyer which is a big plus, and everyone is looking for information about something.

They may want to know how to have better relationships, how to make money, how to lose weight, how to learn a new language etc. etc.

People will pay good money for the information they want, especially if it is written by an expert in that subject.

Unless you write your own ebooks, which most people don't, you will need to become an affiliate and sell other people's.

How do you find good ones to sell and how do you actually market them online and make money marketing online?

I use a company called Clickbank mostly and have recently bought a website where all the best ebooks that Clickbank sells are displayed all in one place on the site.

The advantages of this are (and I have mentioned these elsewhere on my site) you have every good product all in one place ready to sell. No need to build your own website, no monthly hosting fees, no domain name charges. Just a one-off cost, which is really low for what you get.

You just then need to learn how to get visitors, which is not easy at first but very achievable. And the good news is, you get loads of help and training with how to do this if you buy the website.

If you don't want to get the site, just have a look at my traffic tips section for lots of ideas. You can then log onto Clickbank direct and choose products yourself. However I don't recommend this if you are new to internet marketing as you may not pick a good product and you could waste any advertising money you spend.

What you can do though is get an ebook about how to run successful ad campaigns online as they give you tips (usually) about how to find the right clickbank product to market and sell.

Whatever you want to market and sell online, whether it's affiliate ebooks, Amazon's products (click here) your own products or a service, you will probably at some point want/need to use an online ad campaign. So, investing in information about how to do this successfully is money well spent, so have a thorough read of my adwords section. People are making $500 a day (and much, much more) thanks to marketing online with adwords so it's well worth getting it right and learning from the experts.

One final point I want to make as to why I rate selling information online as an affiliate is that I never have to buy the product I want to sell this way. (Although I often do buy it once so I can see if it's good). I never have to post it to the buyer. I don't have to deal with customer queries or complaints. All I have to do, once I have found the right products, is to find the customers.

And the final method I want to show you here is to build your own website to help you make money marketing online.

If you simply want to sell Clickbank products, you can just buy the ready-made site I mentioned earlier. But, if you want to sell anything else look into building your own site. Why? Because long-term you will save yourself an absolute fortune in advertising costs.

Here's what I mean. With a ready-made site you have to work hard and spend money on getting visitors to the site. With a site you build yourself you will get truck loads of FREE visitors. Eventually! It may take 6-12 months or more for this to happen. But when it does, boy is it worth it!
