You will do well if you are good with people. It's not enough to be fit and knowledgeable. Clients need to like you or they won't come back and they won't recommend you to others.

You can also see if you can put leaflets or business cards into local sports shops, sports clubs, gyms, yoga classes, keep fit classes, health food shops and so on.

Why not do a talk to appropriate local clubs and groups about what you do?

If you are good at what you do, like with any business, word will spread once you have some satisfied clients.
