If you want to make some extra income on a part-time basis, or even make a full time income why not sell on ebay?

It’s the world’s largest online marketplace so when you put your items on there, you have the chance to put it in front of hundreds or thousands of potential buyers.

How Do I Sell My Stuff On Ebay?

First of all decide what to sell. You can either sell your own things – perhaps clothes you don’t wear anymore, or things you don’t have room for. Perhaps your kids toys that they have grown out of.

Or, you can sell other items that you get from a wholesaler, or that you make, or that you find at flea markets, car boot sales or charity shops.

It’s very simple to get started. Simply log onto whichever ebay address is appropriate for your country (you can sell in any country and obviously the USA has a big audience). So, for the USA site it’s www.ebay.com For the UK site it’s www.ebay.co.uk and so on.

Open a free account which only takes a few minutes. Ideally open a paypal account too so that you can accept payments online. You could lose customers and sales if you don’t offer this option.

In this day and age who wants to bother writing and mailing a check when they could simply click a few buttons and pay online? Plus, you are more likely to actually receive the payment if it’s online.
